Nutritional Phenotype Database (dbNP) integrates genetics, transcriptomics, proteomics, biomarkers, metabolomics, functional assays, genotype, participant phenotypes, dietary intake, and study design metadata to enable analysis of diet–genotype–phenotype relationships in nutrition research.
