DeconvRef

DeconvRef is an R package for building user-defined cell reference matrices (CRMs) to improve the accuracy of cell deconvolution in bulk transcriptomic datasets. The package and methodology systematically evaluate the impact of different CRMs and identifies the most appropriate ones for various biological contexts.
