DeepCEL0
DeepCEL0 improves single-molecule localization accuracy in high-density frames of single-molecule localization microscopy (SMLM) in fluorescence microscopy by applying a deep learning algorithm using an ℓ2-norm loss regularized by non-negative and ℓ0 constraints relaxed via continuous exact ℓ0 (CEL0) formulations.
