DExSI: Targeted GC-MS Metabolomics

DExSI quantifies isotopologue abundances from gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) data to support stable isotope-directed metabolomics and metabolic flux analysis in microbial, plant, and animal systems.
