DG-Mapping
DG-Mapping constructs directed-graph representations of cardiac activation from electrode local activation times (LAT) and spatial coordinates to identify reentry circuits and focal activation sources for arrhythmia analysis.

- Data Requirements: Accepts local activation times (LAT) and spatial coordinates of measured electrodes from simulated, experimental, or clinical datasets without requiring specific spatial electrode organization.
- Directed Network Creation: Converts electrode measurements into a directed network by identifying neighboring nodes, establishing directed arrows between neighbors when electrical wave propagation is feasible, iterating this process for all nodes, and optionally redistributing nodes to achieve uniform spacing.
