DiffeoRaptor

DiffeoRaptor performs diffeomorphic inter-modal and contrast image registration by integrating the RaPTOR (Robust PaTch-based cOrrelation Ratio) metric with bandlimited geodesic shooting to align medical images while preserving topology.
