diffReps identifies differential peaks in Chromatin Immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-seq) datasets to enable genome-wide comparison of histone modification enrichment between experimental conditions.

- Differential Site Detection: Detects differential sites from ChIP-seq data and accommodates analyses with or without biological replicates.
