dPCP
dPCP performs automated clustering and analysis of multiplex digital PCR (dPCR) data to enable accurate absolute quantification of multiple nucleic acid targets across up to 4-plex assays and diverse dPCR platforms.
Key Features:
- R package: Implements the analysis as an R package for computational processing of dPCR data.
- Multiplex support (up to 4-plex): Supports automated analysis of up to 4-plex dPCR data across various assay designs and platforms.
- Automated clustering algorithms: Uses automated clustering algorithms that are robust to variations in assay design and system-specific parameters.
- Robust to input quantity and integrity: Performs accurate clustering irrespective of the quantity or integrity of input nucleic acids.
- Platform universality: Applicable across different dPCR systems and addresses limitations imposed by two-channel optics and software that typically restrict assays to single or duplex formats.
- Absolute quantification: Enables absolute quantification of nucleic acids from dPCR data without reliance on standard curves.
Scientific Applications:
- Multiplex target detection: Enables multiplex detection and quantification of multiple nucleic acid targets within a single dPCR experiment.
- High-throughput quantification: Supports research requiring high-throughput, absolute quantification of nucleic acids across diverse experimental conditions.
- Assay expansion beyond duplex: Expands dPCR utility in studies constrained by two-channel optics and software to enable assays beyond single or duplex formats.
Methodology:
Automated clustering algorithms implemented in R perform analysis of up to 4-plex dPCR data and are designed to be robust to variations in assay design and system-specific parameters.
