DREAM provides a curated database integrating experimentally validated and GEO microarray-derived protein-coding RNA associations with drug response in human cancers.

  • Extensive Data Compilation: DREAM contains 3,048 entries from PubMed documenting protein-coding RNAs associated with drug sensitivity or intervention in human cancers and integrates expression data from 195 high-throughput microarray datasets from GEO.
