DrugCVar provides evidence-based drug annotations for cancer-associated genetic variants to support interpretation for targeted therapy.

- Integration of Evidence Sources: Aggregates evidence from CIViC, OncoKB, CGI (The Cancer Genome Interpreter), and My Cancer Genome to compile clinical interpretations of cancer variants.
- Manually Curated Data: Contains 7,830 clinically relevant evidences curated from the literature and classified into ten evidence tiers.
- Batch Annotation Module: Supports batch annotation of user-provided genetic variants in various formats for high-throughput analyses.
- Detailed Variant Information: Reports mutation function, genomic and protein location, and mutation statistics across tumor types for queried genes and variants.
