DRYGin

DRYGin curates a repository of genome-wide quantitative yeast genetic interactions derived from Synthetic Genetic Array (SGA) data to support analysis of gene–function relationships.


Key Features:

  • SGA-derived quantitative interactions: Contains genome-wide measurements of quantitative genetic interactions obtained from Synthetic Genetic Array (SGA) experiments.
  • Data integration — pathways: Links genetic interaction data to pathway information to provide functional context.
  • Data integration — protein complexes: Associates interaction data with protein complex membership to aid interpretation of molecular assemblies.

  • Dataset scale: Stores over 5.4 million measurements of genetic interacting pairs covering approximately 4,500 genes.
