DyNAVacS
DyNAVacS facilitates design and optimization of DNA vaccine constructs by providing modules for expression vector selection, codon optimization, CpG motif engineering, sequence signal enhancement, restriction enzyme mapping, primer design, and vector information to improve antigen expression and immunogenicity.

- Expression Vector Selection: Assists selection of suitable expression vectors for delivery and expression of DNA vaccine constructs.
- Codon Optimization: Performs codon optimization to tailor coding sequences to the host's translational machinery for improved gene expression.
