EbolaID provides a quality-checked, regularly updated database of oligonucleotides and sequence-conservation measures for the Ebola virus to support design of nucleic acid-based diagnostics and therapeutics.

- Genetic diversity capture: Captures genetic diversity across the Ebola virus genome to inform selection of assay targets.
- Sequence conservation measures: Computes sequence conservation metrics for each target region derived from multiple sequence alignments.
