ECCsplorer detects extrachromosomal circular DNAs (eccDNAs) from paired-end Illumina sequencing of amplified circular DNA (circSeq) to identify enriched circular DNA elements for studies of genomic variation, organelle mini-circles, transposable elements, and disease-related eccDNA.
