EGassembler
EGassembler processes, clusters, and assembles sequence fragments from expressed sequence tags (ESTs) and shotgun sequencing to produce assembled sequences for downstream functional annotation, transcript mapping, splice analysis, microarray probe design, and pathway mapping.
