EmAtlas
EmAtlas provides a spatiotemporal multi-omics compendium and analytical resource for investigating molecular events in mouse and human embryogenesis.
Key Features:
- Extensive Multi-Omics Data Collection: Aggregates datasets for gene expression, chromatin accessibility, DNA methylation, nucleosome occupancy, histone modifications, and transcription factors.
- Spatiotemporal Developmental Coverage: Represents developmental stages including gametogenesis, preimplantation, fetal development, and neonatal phases in mouse and human models.
- Multi-Scale Analytical Tools: Provides analyses at tissue, cell, genome, gene, and protein levels to characterize signatures of mammalian embryogenesis.
- EmRanger Annotations: Includes the EmRanger module to supply extensive developmental biology annotations for contextual interpretation.
Scientific Applications:
- Stem Cell Differentiation: Supports analysis of molecular signatures and trajectories underlying stem cell differentiation during embryogenesis.
- Congenital Disease Research: Enables investigation of molecular underpinnings of human congenital diseases by mapping developmental regulatory states.
- Assisted Reproductive Technologies: Informs studies relevant to assisted reproductive technologies by characterizing early developmental stages.
Methodology:
Aggregates multi-omics datasets and applies analytical tools operating at tissue, cell, genome, gene, and protein scales, and includes the EmRanger annotation module.
