EMDataBank.org aggregates public cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) maps, atomic models, and associated metadata by integrating the Electron Microscopy Data Bank (EMDB) and the Protein Data Bank (PDB) through collaboration among PDBe, RCSB, and NCMI to support structural biology research.
