ENIGMA Toolbox
ENIGMA Toolbox integrates and analyzes neuroimaging and genetics datasets to enable multiscale contextualization of brain imaging markers across disorders.
Key Features:
- Data Access and Integration: Provides access to over 100 datasets from the ENIGMA Consortium for cross-disorder analyses of neuroimaging and genetic data.
- Visualization Capabilities: Visualizes neuroimaging data on brain surfaces for examination of structural and functional patterns.
- Multiscale Contextualization: Links neuroimaging markers to microscale data (postmortem cytoarchitecture, gene expression) and macroscale data (structural and functional connectomes).
