EuroCarbDB provides a relational repository of glycan and carbohydrate structures together with associated experimental data to support glycobiology and glycomics research.

Key Features:

• Relational Database: Stores glycan/carbohydrate structures and their biological contexts in a relational schema.
• Experimental Data Integration: Includes primary and interpreted analytical data from high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), mass spectrometry (MS), and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR).
• Glycoinformatics Tools: Provides tools for elucidation and submission of glycan structures and associated experimental data.
• Biological Context Annotation: Associates structural entries with biological context information to link glycans to their sources or roles.
• Open-source Licensing: Software and source code are licensed under the Lesser General Public License (LGPL).
