EuroPhenome

EuroPhenome provides centralized access to raw and annotated high-throughput mouse phenotyping data to support linking genomic variation to phenotypic outcomes in mouse models.

• EMPReSSslim processing: Includes data produced by the EMPReSSslim standardized pipelines that process inbred mouse strains and knockout lines.
