EVAnalyzer automates quantitative analysis of single extracellular vesicles from fluorescence microscopy images to characterize EV heterogeneity and quantify EV subpopulations.

  • Automated Quantification: Detects and quantifies individual extracellular vesicles as light-diffraction-limited fluorescent spots in confocal and widefield fluorescence microscopy images.
