EviCor

EviCor integrates TCGA and CCLE omics datasets with drug response profiles to compute drug–feature correlations and support multivariate analyses of molecular determinants of anti-cancer drug response.

Key Features:

  • Data integration and processing: Integration of omics datasets from TCGA and CCLE and processing into a server-side database for retrieval and analysis.
  • Pre-computed drug-feature correlation tables: Generation and storage of drug–feature correlation tables linking molecular features to anti-cancer drug responses.
  • Phenotype–molecular relationship analysis: Analytical support for relationships among phenotype, single-molecule, and pathway variables using statistical analyses and network analysis tools.
  • Multivariate model building: Support for construction of custom multivariate models to evaluate combinations of molecular features against drug response.
  • Programmatic access: REST interface for programmatic retrieval of processed data and pre-computed correlation results.

Scientific Applications:

  • Cancer drug response analysis: Correlating molecular features with responses to anti-cancer drugs across cell lines and tumor cohorts.
  • Biomarker discovery: Identifying candidate molecular biomarkers associated with sensitivity or resistance to specific drugs.
  • Therapeutic target identification: Linking pathway- and single-molecule-level alterations to potential therapeutic targets informed by drug response correlations.
  • Genotype–outcome correlation studies: Using TCGA and CCLE datasets to uncover correlations between genetic variation and treatment outcomes.

Methodology:

Integration of multiple independent data sources (including TCGA and CCLE), processing and storage in a server-side database, pre-computation of drug–feature correlation tables, and support for statistical analyses, network analysis, and custom multivariate model construction.
