EviCor integrates TCGA and CCLE omics datasets with drug response profiles to compute drug–feature correlations and support multivariate analyses of molecular determinants of anti-cancer drug response.

Key Features:

• Data integration and processing: Integration of omics datasets from TCGA and CCLE and processing into a server-side database for retrieval and analysis.
• Pre-computed drug-feature correlation tables: Generation and storage of drug–feature correlation tables linking molecular features to anti-cancer drug responses.
