exoRBase 2.0 provides a curated database and comparative expression resource of extracellular vesicle long RNAs (exLRs), cataloging 19,643 mRNAs, 15,645 long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs), and 79,084 circular RNAs (circRNAs) derived from approximately 1,000 human blood, urine, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), and bile samples to enable analysis of pathway-level functional changes and heterogeneity of EV origins.
