Exorcise

Exorcise is a software tool that corrects mis-annotations in CRISPR guide libraries by using exome sequencing to verify target presence and apply corrections. It improves CRISPR screen results by focusing experiments on the genome of the cell line under investigation and can be applied both during library design and post-hoc analysis.
