ExpressYourself processes DNA microarray data to perform background correction, Cy5 and Cy3 normalization, differential hybridization scoring, replicate combination, problematic-region filtering, and quality assessment for analyses of mRNA expression levels, DNA copy numbers, and transcription factor binding sites.
