FAT-PTM

FAT-PTM provides a database and analysis resource that aggregates eight types of post-translational modifications across over 49,000 identified sites to map PTMs onto the Arabidopsis proteome and more than 600 Plant Metabolic Network pathways for analysis of PTM distribution, comodification, and quantitative phosphorylation dynamics.
