FaviCoV curates functionally relevant genetic variants in the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) genome to support analysis of their functional consequences.

- Comprehensive Variant Compilation: Contains 1653 genetic variant records from SARS-CoV-2 genomes, representing 1348 unique variants and 154 variants with experimental evidence compiled via manual curation of literature and preprints.
