FBAT
FBAT performs family-based association testing to identify associations between genetic variants and phenotypic traits within family-based study designs.

- Admixture Adjustment: Uses the conditional distribution of offspring genotypes to adjust for population admixture and obtain accurate test statistics in admixed populations.
