FDRdb consolidates curated associations between Ribonucleic Acids (RNAs) and fibrotic diseases and aggregates high-throughput datasets and analysis tools to study RNA deregulation in organ fibrosis.

  • Extensive Data Collection: 1,947 associations between 912 RNAs and 92 distinct fibrotic diseases across eight species are catalogued.
  • High-Throughput Dataset Repository: Aggregates metadata and entries from 764 high-throughput datasets relevant to fibrotic diseases.
