FEVER facilitates evolutionary transcriptomic analyses across teleost fishes by integrating high-quality genomic sequences and comprehensive transcriptomic datasets to reconstruct gene trees and compare tissue-specific expression.

  • Gene Tree Reconstruction: Reconstructs gene trees from query genes to elucidate orthologous and paralogous relationships among 13 representative fish species spanning major evolutionary lineages and four model species used as evolutionary outgroups.
