Flame performs functional enrichment and multi-list analysis by integrating multiple gene or protein lists and leveraging g:Profiler and aGOtool to identify enriched Gene Ontologies, pathways, regulatory motifs, domains, diseases, phenotypes, and literature associations across 197 organisms.
