FluPhenotype characterizes phenotypic features of influenza A viruses from complete or partial genomic or protein sequences to assess host adaptation, antigenic and genetic relationships with vaccine strains across hemagglutinin (HA) subtypes, mammalian virulence, and antiviral resistance.
