FluxMap visualizes metabolic flux data on biochemical networks to support interpretation of metabolic flux distributions.
Key Features:
- Template-Based Data Import: Utilizes a structured template to import flux values and optional quality parameters (such as confidence intervals) associated with specific biochemical reactions and distinguishes mass and substance-specific fluxes including carbon (C-) and nitrogen (N-) fluxes.
