FPM
FPM performs Fourier ptychographic microscopy reconstructions to extend spatial resolution beyond the numerical aperture (NA) limits of conventional microscope objectives for high-resolution, large-field imaging of biological samples.
Key Features:
- High Resolution and Large Field of View: Enables high-resolution imaging across an extensive field of view to capture detailed biological sample structure beyond conventional objective NA limits.
- Enhanced Reconstruction Process: Incorporates advancements that increase automation, noise robustness, and computational efficiency in FPM image reconstruction.
- MATLAB Implementation: Implemented in MATLAB to perform Fourier ptychographic reconstructions using scientific computing routines.
Scientific Applications:
- Wide-field high-resolution biological imaging: Supports imaging applications that require resolving cellular structures and subcellular details across large sample areas.
Methodology:
Implemented in MATLAB and performs Fourier ptychographic reconstructions, incorporating algorithmic improvements to increase automation, noise robustness, and computational efficiency.
