FRAGLER automates modular DNA assembly and fragment design to streamline plasmid construct generation for applications such as reporter expression (sfGFP, sfCherry3C) in E. coli, SARS-CoV-2 protein reagent production, and construction of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) variant libraries.
