freesurfer
freesurfer is an R tool to analyze and visualize neuroimaging using cross-sectional and longitudinal study in structural and functional MRI data. The freesurfer algorithm includes functions for linear and nonlinear registration, cortical and subcortical segmentation, cortical surface reconstruction, statistical analysis of group morphometry, diffusion MRI, and PET analysis.
