FunChIP
FunChIP analyzes ChIP-seq peak shapes in R/Bioconductor by preprocessing and smoothing peaks, approximating peak profiles with cubic B-splines, and clustering peaks by minimized functional distance to investigate protein–DNA interactions and chromatin modifications.
