Gen Seeker

Gen Seeker is the browser of variants detected in the Czech population included in the Czech digital genome map. Although Slavs are the largest European ethnolinguistic group, Slavic and especially Czech genomes are underrepresented in international genomic databases, which limits the ability to understand and interpret specific slavic gene variations.
