GenAIRR

GenAIRR is a simulation framework for generating immunoglobulin (Ig) sequences and their ground truths to facilitate benchmarking of Ig sequence aligners. It provides realistic simulations of V(D)J recombination, somatic hypermutation, and sequence corruptions, alongside a comparative evaluation of established aligners.
