Gene Expression Atlas

Gene Expression Atlas provides integrated, curated gene expression data from the ArrayExpress Archive and the European Nucleotide Archive to enable analysis of gene expression across cell types, organism parts, developmental stages, disease states, sample treatments, and other experimental conditions.

Key Features:

• Data integration and curation: Integrates datasets from the ArrayExpress Archive and the European Nucleotide Archive with manual curation and re-annotation.
• Statistical analysis: Applies statistical analysis to integrated datasets to support expression comparisons and differential expression calls.
• Extensive coverage: Includes data for 19 species, 19,014 biological conditions, 136,551 assays, and 5,598 independent studies (Release 11.08, August 2011).
• Differential gene expression analysis: Enables investigation of differential gene expression patterns across conditions and treatments.
