genefu

genefu is an R library containing gene signatures and functions for molecular sub-typing and forecasting in breast cancer data. The genefu package includes functions to map genes between distinct microarray platforms, identify molecular sub-types, select genes, conduct survival analysis, and includes published gene signatures.
