GEODIS

Program for the calculation of the statistics and associated P-values for the nested clade analysis (NCA) developed by Templeton and collaborators. In the NCA, population structure can be separated from population history when it is assessed through rigorous and objective statistical tests using the temporal information contained in the a genealogy.
