Glioma-BioDP

Glioma-BioDP provides exploration and analysis of mRNA, microRNA, and protein expression profiles from TCGA glioma samples to support molecular and prognostic investigations.

Key Features:

• Data integration: Integration of TCGA expression data including mRNA and microRNA from Illumina HiSeq and protein levels from Reverse Phase Protein Array (RPPA).
• Querying associations: Querying associations between genes, proteins, and miRNAs and molecular and histological glioma subtypes, surgical resection status, and patient survival.
• Prognostic analysis: Analysis of the prognostic significance of selected expression profiles in relation to patient survival outcomes.
• Visualization: Visualization of expression levels, correlations, and survival analyses to interpret molecular patterns.
• Hypothesis generation and validation: Support for identifying and validating candidate therapeutic targets and molecular hypotheses using integrated molecular profiles.
