GloScope visualizes and summarizes single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-Seq) data at the population scale by representing entire single-cell profiles of samples to enable sample-level analyses.

Methodology:

GloScope implements a framework for representing the entire single-cell profile of a sample, called a GloScope representation.
