GlycoGlyph
GlycoGlyph provides visualization and nomenclature conversion of glycan structures to support standardized representation and data exchange in glycomics.
Key Features:
- Modified IUPAC-condensed support: Implements the modified IUPAC-condensed nomenclature system employed by the Consortium for Functional Glycomics for standardized naming.
- Glycan structure construction and parsing: Constructs and parses graphical glycan structures from structural inputs and nomenclature strings.
- Dynamic nomenclature conversion: Converts bidirectionally between graphical glycan representations and linear nomenclature, generating visual structures from modified IUPAC-condensed names and vice versa.
- Export formats: Exports glycan structures as SVG vector graphics and as condensed GlycoCT format for downstream analysis and sharing.
