GlyComb

GlyComb provides a standardized repository that stores, assigns unique identifiers to, and integrates glycoconjugate glycosylation data—including glycopeptides, glycoproteins, and lipid-linked glycans—linked to peptide sequences and UniProt IDs to enable large-scale analyses of glycan functions and their roles in diseases such as influenza, cancer, and muscular dystrophy.
