GlyConnect Compozitor

GlyConnect Compozitor enables creation, visualization, and comparison of glycan composition files to support accurate intact glycopeptide identification and refinement of glycan composition inputs for mass spectrometry-based glycoproteomics using data from the GlyConnect database.

Key Features:

• Glycan composition file creation: Creates and exports glycan composition files for use in glycoproteomics workflows.
• Glycan composition visualization: Extracts contextual information from the GlyConnect database and visualizes glycan compositions and their relationships.
• Comparative analysis by monosaccharide counts: Relates glycan compositions by shared monosaccharide counts and generates graphs summarizing database-derived relationships.
