GMWI-webtool
GMWI-webtool computes the Gut Microbiome Wellness Index (GMWI) from stool shotgun metagenomic taxonomic profiles and integrates α-diversity metrics to quantify gut microbiome health based on relative abundances of health-prevalent and health-scarce species.
