GMWI2

GMWI2 is a command-line tool that predicts health status from gut microbiome taxonomic profiles using a Lasso-penalized logistic regression model. It incorporates quality control, taxonomic profiling with MetaPhlAn3, and transformation into a binary presence/absence profile, and is freely available as an open-source resource.
