gnomADsup1 annotates genetic variants with transcript expression-aware metrics, using the proportion expressed across transcripts (PEAT) and GTEx expression data to refine interpretation of coding and predicted loss-of-function (pLoF) variants in dosage-sensitive (haploinsufficient) genes.
